Yes. Before we begin the renovation, we will discuss the necessary work and the cost with you. Nothing will be done without your consent.

Depending on the repair, we use either original replacement parts or high-quality alternative parts. If necessary, we will clarify before starting the work which replacement part will be used for the specific device.

Whether the warranty remains valid generally depends on the device manufacturer and the nature of the repair. Using original spare parts helps ensure the best compatibility, but the validity of the warranty terms may also depend on whether the repair was performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements. We recommend consulting with us before proceeding with repairs, as in certain cases the cost of the repair may increase if the manufacturer’s single-use seals or stickers need to be replaced during the work.

A refurbished part or refurbished screen refers to a component that has been professionally refurbished and restored to working condition. A refurbished part may be assembled from used original and compatible parts to ensure proper functionality and compatibility with the device.

In the case of a refurbished screen, for example, the original screen panel may have been retained, but the damaged glass or other worn parts have been replaced. The result is a scratch-free replacement part that has been inspected and is ready for reuse.

This solution is often more affordable than an original spare part, yet still offers excellent quality and compatibility. We always provide detailed information prior to repair, tailored to the specific device and the selected spare part.

A replacement part or screen is a suitable alternative to the original part, designed to be compatible with the device. It is usually the best solution available from a third-party manufacturer and is a good choice if you are looking for a more affordable repair option.

Depending on the device and model, an aftermarket replacement part may differ slightly from the original. These differences may be evident, for example, in screen brightness, color tones, touch sensitivity, finish, or dimensions. For Apple, Samsung, and Google devices, differences may also appear in screen shape, bezel size, visible screen area, or brightness. In some cases, the fingerprint reader may have limited functionality or operate more slowly than usual.

All work we perform is covered by a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not apply to characteristics and features that are specific to an aftermarket part compared to the original part.

Turn off the device immediately; do not charge it or put it in rice or in the microwave. Bring the phone in for inspection as soon as possible, as speed is of the essence when it comes to water damage.

If repairs prove to be technically or economically unfeasible, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, no work will be performed without your permission.
