Pixel models may look similar on the outside, but the required replacement parts and repair costs are not always the same. We base our assessment on the specific model, the nature of the damage, and the availability of suitable replacement parts.

When selecting a model, enter the full model name, including the generation number and any "a" prefix. Do not select an "a" series model with the same number as a standard version.

The screen or other components of models marked with "Pro" or "XL" may not be compatible with the standard version of the same generation. Please check the full model name before ordering.

For the foldable Pixel, we distinguish between damage to the outer screen, the inner screen, the body, and the hinge. Please include in your inquiry which part requires attention and whether the phone opens normally.
Damage to the inner screen’s protective layer and a malfunction in the display panel may not require the same solution. We will determine the repair options and cost after inspecting the model and the device.

The range of services and the availability of replacement parts for these devices must be confirmed separately. Before sending in your device, check with the service center to see if we can provide repairs for your model and, if so, what kind.

You don't need to know which part is broken. Just describe what happened to the device and what it no longer does correctly. We'll determine the necessary repairs after conducting the appropriate checks.
Cracked glass, lines on the screen, a black screen, or touchscreen issues? We'll check which screen replacement option is right for your Pixel model. Before we begin, we'll specify the type of replacement part and its features.
Is your battery draining quickly, or does your phone shut down unexpectedly? We’ll check the cause of the problem and determine whether the battery needs to be replaced. If the device has swollen or the screen is coming away from the body, stop charging it and contact us before sending it in.
Is the charging cable not staying in the port, or is the connection dropping out? Let's start by checking the charging process and the condition of the port. Cleaning or repair may be necessary; we'll determine the exact course of action based on the nature of the problem.
Is the camera not focusing, are there spots on the image, or is the rear lens cracked? We'll determine whether the camera lens, camera module, rear cover, or some other part is damaged. The appropriate solution depends on the model.
Can the person on the other end of the line not hear you, or is the sound on the phone quiet and distorted? Describe whether the problem occurs during calls, when using the speakerphone, or when recording. This check will help distinguish between a component that needs cleaning and other types of malfunctions.
Is your Pixel not turning on, restarting on its own, or has it suffered liquid damage? The need for repairs and whether they are reasonable will be determined during the inspection. We will discuss any necessary software work and the associated risk of data loss with you before proceeding.
From a repair request to a working device
Select your device and the appropriate service from the Pixel price list. If the model or repair you need isn't listed, contact a store for advice and a personalized quote.
Submit a repair request and select a drop-off method. You can visit our locations in Tartu, Viljandi, or Kuressaare. When mailing your item, follow the instructions provided with your order.
We will inspect the device and coordinate any necessary changes before performing additional work. After the repair, we will check the results and either hand over the device or return it.

The service center does not have to be located in your hometown. We accept devices for repair from Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania. Repairs are performed in Estonia, and once the work is complete, we’ll ship the device back to the agreed-upon destination.
The shipping method, free shipping eligibility, and return policy depend on your order. Use the shipping label or tracking code provided by MobiFix. Carrier options depend on the country of origin.

Answers Before Making a Decision
The price depends on the specific model, the work required, and the replacement part selected. See the Pixel price list on this page. If the cause of the malfunction is unknown or the service is not listed, we will provide a cost estimate after inspection and before beginning the repair.
The price for replacing a part includes the described part, installation, and sales tax. Any additional work will be arranged separately. The terms and conditions regarding diagnostics, transportation, and cancellation of repairs can be found in your order or personalized quote.
Repair time depends on the model, the nature of the problem, the repair queue, and the availability of replacement parts. We will confirm the estimated time based on your device. The time required to order replacement parts and shipping time are added to the repair time; the turnaround time for foldable models will be specified separately.
MobiFix repair work is covered by a warranty of up to 12 months. The exact warranty period and terms depend on the type of work and the replacement parts used. We will specify the terms of your repair in the order or quote.
A crack in the glass does not always indicate the full extent of the damage. We inspect the display panel, touch sensitivity, and repair options for the specific model. Some repairs require replacement of the entire display module; we will specify the appropriate solution and price before beginning the work.
This depends on the Pixel model, the condition of the sensor, and the compatibility of the selected screen. Models with a sensor located under the screen may require sensor calibration. Different replacement options may not offer exactly the same features; we will explain the specifics of each option before the repair.
We assess repair options for foldable Pixel phones based on the specific model and type of damage. Please include in your inquiry whether the issue involves the outer screen, the inner screen, the hinge, or another component. We will confirm the availability of replacement parts and the cost of the repair before beginning the repair.
Whenever possible, we perform repairs without deleting any data. However, we cannot guarantee that data will be preserved in all cases of malfunctions or repairs. If possible, make a backup before handing over the device, and let us know if the data on the device is particularly important.
On a supported device, recovery mode helps restrict access to your personal data. Check to see if this option is available in the system settings and follow the device’s instructions. Be sure to make a backup and keep your screen lock code to yourself. If this mode is not available or the device won’t start up, contact us to discuss the necessary steps.
Yes. We accept repair shipments from Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania. The carrier, the validity of free shipping, and returns depend on the order. Please follow the shipping instructions provided by MobiFix and use the shipping label or tracking code.
Please send the model name and a description of the issue to our service center. We will check the availability of replacement parts and the feasibility of repairs, and prepare a personalized quote if necessary. The absence of an item in the price list does not automatically mean that the device cannot be repaired. We will confirm service options for the Pixel Tablet and Pixel Watch separately.
