Send your device for repair via an Omniva parcel locker
Request a repair online, print the shipping label, and send your device to us securely by mail. This way, you can get your device repaired without having to visit a service center.
How does it work?

Go to mobifix.ee and select " Price List" from the menu

Select your device model and the repair service you need, then submit your repair request

Fill in your contact information and submit a repair request.

Print the Omniva shipping label and attach it to the package

Take the package to the nearest Omniva parcel locker
Simple, convenient, and secure
Once we receive the device, we will inspect it and begin repairs. If necessary, we will contact you before starting the work.
Pack the device securely and, if possible, remove any covers, cards, and other accessories.
If possible, include the screen or lock code and the price quote you received via email.
We will return the device to the same parcel locker used for shipping, unless otherwise specified or requested.
