Does your Magic have cracks or lines on the screen, does the battery drain quickly, or does the camera fail to focus? Select the exact model from the price list, including all additional specifications. The repair cost and compatible replacement part for the Pro or Lite version may not be the same as for another phone in the same series.

For the foldable Magic V, please indicate whether the inner screen, outer screen, or hinge is damaged. Also describe any issues related to opening and closing the device. We quote separately for repairs to these parts; if the repair is not listed in the price list, please confirm that the repair is possible before shipping.

Also note the "Pro," "Lite," or "Smart" designation if it appears in the device's name. For example, the HONOR 200, HONOR 200 Pro, and HONOR 200 Lite are different models. A similar name or appearance does not mean that they are compatible with the same screen or battery.

HONOR X Series Repair

Is the glass on your X-series phone cracked, is the touchscreen not working, or is the device not charging? Check out the repair options available for your model. If the cause of the problem isn't clear, we'll inspect the device before deciding whether to replace any parts.

Write down all the letters and numbers in the model name, including any 4G or 5G designations. Don't choose a repair service based solely on the phone's screen size or camera placement. If the model is not listed, please send us the model code and a description of the problem.

You don't need to know which part is broken. Just describe what happened to the device and what it no longer does correctly. We'll determine the necessary repairs after conducting the appropriate checks.

HONOR Screen Replacement

Cracked glass, a black screen, lines on the display, or touchscreen malfunction? We’ll inspect the display panel, the touchscreen layer, and the extent of the damage. It may be necessary to replace the entire display module. For the foldable Magic V, we distinguish between damage to the inner and outer screens.

HONOR Battery Replacement

Is your battery lasting shorter than before, or does your phone shut down unexpectedly? We’ll determine whether the problem lies with the battery, the charging process, or some other malfunction. If the battery is swollen or the screen is coming loose from the case, stop charging the device and contact us to arrange for safe drop-off.

Charging Port and Charging System Repairs

Is the cable not staying in the port, does charging stop, or is HONOR SuperCharge not working as expected? Please provide details about the charger and cable you are using. We will check whether the port needs to be cleaned, replaced, or serviced in some other way. Do not use a wet or damaged charging port.

Camera and Back Cover Repair

Is the camera not focusing, are there spots on the image, or is the rear cover cracked? Please specify whether the problem occurs with the front or rear camera and under what shooting conditions. We distinguish between damage to the camera lens, the camera module, and the housing.

Sound, Button, and Sensor Controls

Can't the person on the other end hear you, is a button unresponsive, or isn't your fingerprint being recognized? Let's check the microphone, speaker, buttons, and related connections. The sensor's location and the appropriate repair solution depend on your specific HONOR model.

How do I send my HONOR device in for repair?

  1. Find a model and repair service

    Select the exact model of your device and the appropriate service from the price list. If your model or the repair you need isn't listed, contact a service center for advice and a personalized quote.

  2. Bring the device or send it by mail

    Submit a repair request and select a drop-off method. You can visit our locations in Tartu, Viljandi, or Kuressaare. When mailing your item, follow the instructions provided with your order.

  3. We'll review the work and make corrections

    We will inspect the device and coordinate any necessary changes before performing additional work. After the repair, we will check the results and either hand over the device or return it.

The service center does not have to be located in your hometown. We accept devices for repair from Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania. Repairs are performed in Estonia, and once the work is complete, we’ll ship the device back to the agreed-upon destination.

What should you do before having your HONOR device repaired?

  1. If possible, make a backup. Save important photos, files, and other data, and make sure you can access the backup. If the data is critical, let us know before we begin.
  2. Specify the exact HONOR model and the issue. Include the model number, any additional designations, when the problem occurred, and information about any impact or exposure to liquids. For foldable devices, also describe any issues related to opening and closing the device.
  3. Keep your account passwords to yourself. Do not share your HONOR ID, Google account, or email password or verification code. If access is required for testing purposes, we will work with you to find a secure solution. For supported devices, we may agree to use service mode; this is not a substitute for a backup.
  4. Turn off the device and pack it securely. Remove the physical SIM card and memory card, if present. Use a sturdy box and cushioning material, and include the order number.

If the device does not turn on, do not perform a factory reset solely for the purpose of requesting repairs. Please let us know which preparatory steps you were unable to complete. Do not ship a device with a damaged or swollen battery in standard packaging; please make separate arrangements in advance to ensure safe delivery.

How much does it cost to repair a HONOR phone?

The price depends on the specific model, the work required, and the replacement part selected. Select your HONOR model from the price list above and view the repair options available for it. If the cause of the malfunction or the appropriate service isn't clear, request a quote. We'll coordinate any additional work and its cost with you before proceeding.

Does the price listed in the price list include the replacement part and installation?

The price for a parts replacement includes the part, installation, and sales tax. We will clarify the terms for diagnostics or any additional work before starting the job. If there are multiple replacement part options for your model, compare the descriptions of the different part types.

How do I choose the right repair service for a Pro, Lite, or Smart model?

Use the full model name and, if possible, the model code. For example, the HONOR 200, HONOR 200 Pro, and HONOR 200 Lite are different models. Do not select a repair option for a phone with a similar name if your exact model is not listed; contact a service center for assistance.

Can you replace just the screen glass on a HONOR device?

It depends on the model and the condition of the display panel and touchscreen layer. Damage to the glass does not automatically mean that simply replacing the glass will suffice. If the price list includes a display replacement, the work may involve replacing the entire display module. We will determine the appropriate solution based on the device.

Do you repair the foldable HONOR Magic V phone?

We will confirm whether your Magic V can be repaired based on the model, the nature of the damage, and the availability of suitable replacement parts. Please indicate whether the problem is with the inner screen, the outer screen, or the hinge, and whether it occurs when opening or closing the device. If you do not see a suitable service listed in the price list, please request a quote before shipping the device.

Why isn't HONOR SuperCharge or fast charging working?

Slow charging doesn't always mean the charging port is faulty. Charging speed can be affected by the model, the compatibility of the charger and cable, and the condition of the device. Please include the accessory details and a description of the problem in your inquiry. We'll check whether cleaning, a replacement part, or another solution is needed.

Will the fingerprint reader work after replacing the screen?

This depends on the HONOR model, the condition of the sensor, and the selected replacement part. For models with an under-display fingerprint reader, we will verify screen compatibility before confirming the repair. If the fingerprint sensor was not working prior to the repair, please note this separately in your order.

Will the HONOR's water resistance remain intact after repairs?

Do not assume that the device’s factory-sealed moisture resistance will remain intact after damage or repair. We will seal the device using a sealing solution appropriate for the model, but we do not guarantee water resistance. Do not charge a device that has come into contact with liquid or has a wet charging port, and report the incident before having it repaired.

Will the photos and other data be preserved during the renovation?

Whenever possible, we perform repairs without deleting data, but we cannot guarantee that data will be preserved in all cases of malfunctions and repairs. Make a backup copy before handing over the device. If important data is stored only on the device, please let us know before diagnostics begin, and do not attempt to perform a factory reset on your own.

How long does it take to repair a HONOR device, and what is the warranty coverage?

The repair time depends on the nature of the malfunction, the work queue, and the availability of replacement parts. We will confirm the estimated time based on your device; the time required to order replacement parts and shipping time will be added to the repair time. Repairs are covered by a warranty of up to 12 months, depending on the work performed and the replacement parts used. You can find the exact terms and conditions in your order or quote.

Can I ship a HONOR device from Finland, Latvia, or Lithuania?

Yes. We accept repair shipments from Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania. The carrier, the validity of free shipping, and returns depend on the order. Use the shipping instructions and packing slip or shipping code provided by MobiFix.

What should I do if my HONOR model isn't listed here?

Send the full name of the device, the model number, and a description of the issue to the service center. This also applies to older HONOR phones, Pads, MagicBooks, or smartwatches. If the documents list “Huawei HONOR,” please also specify the model number; do not simply select a Huawei device with a similar name instead. For models from other manufacturers, search the price list for all brands.
