Repairs for the Nothing Phone Core Series

Does your Nothing Phone (1), Phone (2), or Phone (3) need a screen, battery, or charging port repair? Select your specific model from the price list and describe the problem. Also note if the phone has been dropped, subjected to pressure, or exposed to liquid.

The rear lighting solution varies by model. For example, the Phone (3) uses the Glyph Matrix. If the back cover is damaged or the notification lights are not working, describe each issue separately. The cost of replacing the back cover does not automatically include repair of the Glyph system.

Repair of the Nothing Phone (2a) Series

Is your Phone (2a) screen not displaying an image, is the touchscreen not responding properly, or does the battery no longer last a full day? We’ll choose the repair solution based on the exact model and the results of our inspection. If the glass is cracked, it may be necessary to replace the entire screen module.

Phone (2a) and Phone (2a) Plus are separate models. Include the “Plus” designation in your inquiry and, if possible, include the model number displayed in the settings. A similar appearance is not a sufficient basis for selecting a screen, battery, camera, or other component.

Repair of the Nothing Phone (3a) Series

Does your Phone (3a), Phone (3a) Pro, or Phone (3a) Lite need repairs? Please provide the full model name, not just “3a.” Repair options for the screen, camera, battery, and casing depend on the specific model.

If you're experiencing a camera issue, please describe whether the problem occurs in normal view, when zooming, or with the front-facing camera. Damage to the camera lens cover and a malfunction in the camera module may require different types of repairs. Please mention any issues with the Glyph lighting or the additional button on your model separately.

Repair of the Nothing Phone (4a) Series

Is the screen on your Nothing Phone (4a) or Phone (4a) Pro cracked, is charging interrupted, or is the case damaged? Please send us the full model name and a description of the issue. The Pro version cannot be replaced with the standard Phone (4a) option during checkout.

If your model or the repair you need isn't listed in the price list yet, please request a quote before sending it in. We'll confirm the availability of the appropriate part, the repair solution, and the estimated turnaround time. The fact that a model is listed on this page does not mean that all of its replacement parts are currently in stock.

You don't need to know which part is broken. Just describe what happened to the device and what it no longer does correctly. We'll determine the necessary repairs after conducting the appropriate checks.

Nothingu Screen Replacement

Cracked glass, a black screen, lines on the screen, or touchscreen issues? We’ll inspect the screen and assess the extent of the damage. It may be necessary to replace the entire screen module. When selecting a screen, we’ll also verify that the fingerprint reader on your model is working properly.

Nothing Battery Replacement

Is your battery draining quickly, is your phone turning off, or has the battery life noticeably decreased? Let’s check whether the problem is with the battery, the charging process, or some other malfunction. If the battery is swollen or the screen is bulging, stop charging the device and contact us to arrange for safe drop-off.

Charging Port and Charging System Repairs

Is the cable falling out of the port, or does charging stop? Let's check the USB-C port, the connections, and the charging process. If you're having trouble with fast charging, please provide information about the charger and cable you're using. If necessary, we'll determine whether the issue is caused by dirt, an incompatible accessory, or a device malfunction.

Back Cover and Glyph Lighting

Is the back cover or rear glass broken, or are the Glyph notifications not working? These could be different issues. Please describe the damage and the behavior of the lighting function separately. We will confirm repair options and pricing for the back cover, connections, and Glyph components based on the model.

Camera, Speaker, and Microphone Repairs

Is the camera not focusing, is the call audio quiet, or can the other party not hear you? Indicate whether the problem occurs during a call, when using the speakerphone, while recording, or with a specific camera. You may need to clean the device, check the connection, or replace a part.

Diagnostics and Software Issues

Is your Nothing Phone stuck on the startup screen, restarting, or has it suffered liquid damage? Let’s start by figuring out the cause. Tell us if the problem occurred after a drop, an update, or on its own. We’ll coordinate any actions that might affect your data before we proceed.

How do I send a Nothing device in for repair?

  1. Find a model and repair service

    Select the exact model of your device and the appropriate service from the price list. If your model or the repair you need isn't listed, contact a service center for advice and a personalized quote.

  2. Bring the device or send it by mail

    Submit a repair request and select a drop-off method. You can visit our locations in Tartu, Viljandi, or Kuressaare. When mailing your item, follow the instructions provided with your order.

  3. We'll review the work and make corrections

    We will inspect the device and coordinate any necessary changes before performing additional work. After the repair, we will check the results and either hand over the device or return it.

Nothing Repairs by Mail, Too

The service center does not have to be located in your hometown. We accept devices for repair from Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania. Repairs are performed in Estonia, and once the work is complete, we’ll ship the device back to the agreed-upon destination.

What should you do before renovating Nothing?

  1. If possible, make a backup. Save your important photos, contacts, messages, and files, and make sure you can access them. If data from a specific app requires a separate backup, follow the instructions for that app. Let us know if preserving your data is a top priority.
  2. Specify the exact model and the issue. Include the model name along with the "Plus," "Pro," or "Lite" designation. Describe when the problem occurred and whether it was caused by an impact, pressure, or contact with liquid. For issues with the Glyph lighting or the camera, include a photo or video if possible.
  3. Keep your account passwords to yourself. Do not send your Google, Nothing, or email account passwords or verification codes. If we need access to your device for testing purposes, we will work with you to find a secure solution.
  4. Turn off the phone and pack it securely. Remove the physical SIM card, if it is present in the device and accessible. Use a sturdy box with cushioning, and include the order number. If there is a charging issue, ask before shipping whether you should include a charger and cable for testing.

If the device does not turn on, do not perform a factory reset solely for the purpose of requesting repairs. Please let us know which preparatory steps you were unable to complete. Do not ship a device with a damaged or swollen battery in standard packaging; please make separate arrangements in advance to ensure safe delivery.

How much does it cost to repair a Nothing Phone?

The price depends on the specific model, the problem, and the selected replacement part. Open the price list on this page and compare repair options for your model. If the cause of the problem or the appropriate service isn't clear, request a quote. We'll coordinate any additional work and its cost with you before proceeding.

Does the price listed in the price list include the replacement part and installation?

The price for a parts replacement includes the part, installation, and sales tax. We will clarify the terms for diagnostics or any additional work before starting the job. If there are multiple replacement part options for your model, compare the descriptions of the different part types.

How can you tell the difference between Phone models and their sub-models?

Use the full model name. Phone (2), Phone (2a), and Phone (2a) Plus are different models. Phone (3a), Phone (3a) Pro, and Phone (3a) Lite are also not the same phone. If possible, include the model code, and do not choose a repair service based solely on similar appearance.

Can you replace just the screen glass on a Nothing?

It depends on the model and the condition of the display panel and touchscreen layer. Damage to the glass does not automatically mean that simply replacing the glass will suffice. The display replacement listed in the price list may include the entire display module. We will determine the appropriate solution based on the device.

Will the fingerprint reader still work after the screen is replaced?

For models with an under-display fingerprint reader, the outcome depends on the screen’s compatibility, the sensor’s condition, and any necessary post-repair procedures. Before selecting an alternative screen, we will clarify its specifications and any potential limitations. We cannot make the same guarantee for all replacement part categories.

The Glyph lighting isn't working. Will replacing the back cover be enough?

Not necessarily. The back cover or rear glass and the Glyph lighting components are separate parts. For example, the Phone (3) Glyph Matrix is a separate lighting solution for the back panel. We’ll check whether the issue is related to settings, connectivity, or hardware, and provide separate quotes for the work and the cost.

Why doesn't the Nothing Phone charge quickly?

The problem may be with the charger, the cable, the port, the settings, or the condition of the phone. For example, for the Phone (4a), the manufacturer recommends a charger that supports PPS. Include the charger and cable specifications in your inquiry and describe whether the problem also occurs with another compatible set. Do not charge the phone if the port is damaged or worn.

Will the Nothing remain water- and dust-resistant after repairs?

You cannot assume that the phone’s protection rating will remain the same after damage or repair. We’ll seal the phone with a solution suitable for its model, but we do not guarantee water resistance. If the case is bent or the phone has suffered liquid damage, please let us know. Do not test a repaired phone underwater.

Will photos, messages, and other data be preserved during the renovation?

Whenever possible, we perform repairs without deleting data, but we cannot guarantee that data will be preserved in all cases of malfunctions or repairs. Make a backup copy before handing over the device. If you have important data stored only on your phone, please let us know before we begin diagnostics, and do not attempt to perform a factory reset on your own.

How long does a Nothing repair take, and what is the warranty coverage?

The repair time depends on the nature of the malfunction, the repair queue, and the availability of replacement parts. We will confirm the estimated time based on your device; the time required to order replacement parts and for shipping will be added to the repair time. Repairs are covered by a warranty of up to 12 months, depending on the work performed and the replacement parts used. You can find the exact terms and conditions in your order or quote.

Can I ship a Nothing phone from Finland, Latvia, or Lithuania?

Yes. We accept repair shipments from Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania. The carrier, the validity of free shipping, and returns depend on the order. Use the shipping instructions and packing slip or shipping code provided by MobiFix.

Can I order a repair for a CMF phone or Nothing Ear here?

The Nothing brand price list is displayed here. CMF may be listed as a separate brand in the main price list. If a specific model of a CMF Phone, Nothing Ear, Headphone, or other device is not listed, please send us the exact name and a description of the issue. We will confirm availability and price before you send the device.
