The Right Model, the Right Repair Solution

Which Motorola device needs to be repaired?

Motorola device groups help you identify your phone and describe the problem. A similar model name does not mean the same screen, battery, or charging port. We will confirm the specific repair, price, and availability of replacement parts based on your device.

Edge · Pro · Fusion · Ultra

Motorola Edge Repair

Does your Edge phone have lines on the screen, a cracked screen, or reduced battery life? Start by selecting the exact model. Include the full name, including the number and any suffixes such as Pro, Fusion, Neo, or Ultra, if they appear in your model name.

If you are experiencing a screen issue, please describe whether the problem involves the display, touch functionality, or just the glass. We will confirm the compatibility of the screen module and fingerprint reader before proceeding with the repair. Spare parts are not expected to be interchangeable between models.

moto g · Power · Stylus · 5G

Motorola moto g Repair

Is your Moto G not charging properly, does the battery drain quickly, or is the call volume too low? Select the full model name from the price list. The "Power," "Stylus," "Play," and "5G" designations, as well as the model year, may be important for identifying the model; include them exactly as they appear on the device or packaging.

For the Stylus model, please indicate whether the issue occurs when touching the screen with your finger, with the stylus, or both. A phone screen repair does not automatically include replacement of the stylus. We will check for camera, speaker, and charging issues based on your description.

moto e · everyday use

Motorola Moto E Repair

Is your Moto E screen unresponsive, the power button not working, or does the phone turn off unexpectedly? Please include the model name and a description of the problem. The screen, battery, and charging port on phones that look similar may not be the same type.

If you have an older or more affordable phone, we'll help you weigh the cost of repairs against your desire to continue using the device. Before confirming the repair, we'll check the availability of the appropriate replacement part. If your model isn't listed in the price list, please request a quote before sending in your device.

razr · flip phones

Motorola Razr Repair

Is the screen of your foldable phone damaged, is the outer screen unresponsive, or does the image cut out when you open it? Please describe whether the problem involves the inner screen, the outer screen, or the hinge. These may require different types of repairs, and the cost of replacing a single screen does not automatically cover the repair of the entire foldable section.

If the protective film is peeling or there are bubbles on the screen near the fold, do not remove the factory film yourself. Do not force the phone open or closed if it is stuck. Include the exact model and a photo of the damage in your inquiry; we will confirm the repair options and suitable replacement parts before you ship it to us.

What kind of Motorola repair services do we offer?

You don't need to know which part is broken. Just describe what happened to the device and what it no longer does correctly. We'll determine the necessary repairs after conducting the appropriate checks.

Motorola Screen Replacement

Cracked glass, a black screen, lines, or a screen that doesn't respond to touch? We'll assess the extent of the damage. It may be necessary to replace the entire screen module. We treat the inner and outer screens of a foldable Razr as separate repair jobs.

Motorola Battery Replacement

Is your phone draining quickly, turning off, or only working when plugged into a charger? Let’s check the condition of the battery and power system. If the battery is swollen or the case is coming apart, stop charging it and contact us to arrange for safe return.

Charging Port and TurboPower

Is the cable loose, does charging stop, or is fast charging not working? Note the charger and cable you’re using, and describe when the problem occurs. We’ll determine whether cleaning, a port replacement, or other service is needed by inspecting the device. Do not charge the device if the port is damaged.

Camera, back cover, and body

Is the camera out of focus, is the protective glass cracked, or is the phone's body damaged? The camera's protective glass, camera module, and back cover may require different types of repairs. Please provide a description of any visible damage. Please note any issues with the Razri hinge separately.

Speaker, microphone, and buttons

Is the call audio quiet, is the microphone not working, or is the power button unresponsive? Please specify whether the problem occurs during a call, when using the speakerphone, or when using headphones. We’ll select the appropriate audio, button, and fingerprint reader test based on your model and description.

Diagnostics and Startup Errors

Does the device get stuck on the Motorola logo, restart, or fail to start up? We’ll run tests to identify potential issues with the battery, power supply, software, or motherboard. Please let us know in advance if data preservation is a priority. We’ll coordinate any actions that affect the software or data separately.

Before handing over the device

What should you do before sending your Motorola in for repair?

  1. If possible, make a backup. Save important photos, contacts, and files to a reliable cloud service or your computer, and make sure you can access them. Let us know in advance if the necessary data is stored only on the malfunctioning device.
  2. Please include the model name and a description of the problem. Provide the full model number. For Razr models, specify whether the problem involves the internal screen, the external screen, the protective film, or the hinge. If you’re having a charging problem, include details about the charger and cable.
  3. Keep your account passwords to yourself. Do not send your Google, Motorola, or email account passwords or verification codes. If we need access to your device for testing purposes, we will work with you to find a secure solution.
  4. Turn off the device and pack it securely. Remove any easily accessible physical SIM cards and memory cards. Use a sturdy box with cushioning material, and include the order number. Do not force the lid closed if it is stuck; agree on suitable packaging beforehand.

If the device does not turn on, do not send it in for repair. Please let us know which preparatory steps you were unable to complete. Do not ship a device with a damaged or swollen battery in standard packaging; please make separate arrangements in advance to ensure safe delivery.

Before Ordering Repairs

Questions About Motorola Repairs

Here you'll find answers regarding price, replacement parts, repair time, and preparing the device.

How much does a Motorola repair cost, and what is included in the price?

The price depends on the specific model, the nature of the malfunction, and the availability of replacement parts. The price for a replacement part includes the part itself, installation, and sales tax. We will specify the terms for diagnostics and any additional work before beginning. If a price is missing from the price list, please request a quote; a single screen price does not automatically cover both screens and the hinge of the Razr.

How do I choose the right Motorola model?

Use the full model name and, if possible, the model code. Do not omit the "Pro," "Fusion," "Ultra," "Power," "Stylus," or "5G" designation if it is part of your model name. For some models, the model year can also be helpful. A photo of the settings, packaging, or model label can help identify the phone; you can blur out the IMEI and serial number in the photo.

Is replacing the glass enough, and will the fingerprint reader still work?

This depends on the condition of the display panel, touch layer, and sensor, as well as the replacement part you choose. If the glass is cracked, you may need to replace the entire display module. We will determine the functionality of the fingerprint reader based on the specific model and display. See the explanations of replacement part types and ask for help when making your selection.

Are repairs to the Razri's internal screen, external screen, and hinge all part of the same service?

No. Please describe which screen is damaged and whether opening and closing it works as usual. Problems with screens, connections, and hinges require a separate assessment. For some repairs, the parts may be the same, but the actual scope and cost of the repair must be confirmed in advance.

The screen protector on my Razri is peeling or bubbling. Can I remove it?

Do not remove the factory-installed screen protector yourself, and do not apply any new screen protector of your own choosing. Motorola recommends contacting customer service if you encounter this issue. Please send us the model name and a photo so we can assess the next steps. See also the explanation regarding the Razr screen protector.

The battery is draining quickly. Will replacing the battery solve the problem?

First, it is important to distinguish between battery wear, app usage, and a possible power supply issue. Describe whether the phone runs out of battery even when on standby, gets hot, or turns off. We will check the battery’s condition before recommending a solution. Do not continue to charge a device with a swollen battery, and do not ship it in a standard package; arrange for safe pickup.

Motorola Fast Charge or TurboPower isn't working. Is the port broken?

Not necessarily. The phone model, as well as the charger and cable used, are important factors to consider. Charging speed also depends on the device’s capabilities and the battery’s charge level; not all models have the same charging capacity. Note whether charging stops when you move the cable. We’ll select the appropriate solution after testing, not just based on the absence of a fast-charging notification.

The phone gets stuck on the Motorola logo or restarts. Will my data be preserved?

Based on a single symptom, it is impossible to determine whether the problem lies with the software, the battery, or the motherboard. If the data is important, do not reset the device or attempt to reinstall the software without prior approval. When requesting diagnostics, please specify that data preservation is a top priority. We cannot guarantee the outcome prior to inspection.

Will the device remain water- and dust-resistant after it is repaired by Motorola?

You cannot assume that the device will retain its protection rating after damage or repair. We will seal the device using a solution appropriate for its model, but we do not guarantee water resistance. Please notify us in advance if the device has suffered liquid damage or if the casing is deformed. Do not test a repaired device underwater.

Do you also repair ThinkPhones, older Motorola models, or tablets?

Please provide the exact model name and a description of the problem. We will confirm repair options, pricing, and spare part availability on a per-device basis. The price list for Motorola phones does not automatically cover repairs for all devices of the same brand. If your model is not listed in the price list, please ask for confirmation before sending it in; if necessary, also check the main price list.

How long does a Motorola repair take, and what is the warranty coverage?

The turnaround time depends on the nature of the malfunction, the work queue, and the availability of replacement parts. We will confirm the estimated time based on the device; shipping time and the time required to order replacement parts are added to the repair time. Repairs are covered by a warranty of up to 12 months, depending on the work performed and the replacement parts used. You can find the exact terms and conditions in your order or quote.

Can a Motorola device be shipped from Finland, Latvia, or Lithuania?

Yes. We accept repair shipments from Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania. The carrier, the validity of free shipping, and return procedures depend on the order. Follow the shipping instructions provided by MobiFix and use the shipping label or tracking code. If your model is not listed in the price list, please confirm that repairs are possible before shipping.
